Victoria tailors each private session for the development of your body and mind.
Victoria's area of expertise is low back pain. At the moment, Victoria is one of the Yoga teachers at Boston Medical Center for Yoga and Low Back Pain Research. Victoria, along with the research team, is hoping to give Yoga scientific data/credibility. Our dream is that one day Yoga would be prescribed to people suffering from back pain in place of pain medication.
